"PARTIS TEMPORUS" It was a spell used by Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt just after his election as a means of connecting both the past with the present. It was done in the aim that it would create a temporary opening during a memorial service of the events that happened, so that people could relive those final moments of Voldemort from a ‘safe’ distance. Something has gone horribly wrong. Instead of connecting the world’s it collided through time with someone else causing a reverse affect and creating not only an opening in the time of this world, but of another, shredding that which separated them. For a few moments in time what looked like innocent magic became a dangerous foothold for someone to manipulate, and someone did. Time no longer has any meaning, as witches and wizards are starting to appear at random from all different places and all different times. No one seems to know what is happening and no one is able to leave the town to explore. Iron gates line the entire town including the entrance to the ominous Partis Temporus Castle in the distance. The only hint as to what is going on awaits travelers in their room. It’s a letter from that someone explaining their stay will come at a dear cost and to prepare themselves for what is to come. Along with the note is a journal, ink and a beautiful feather quill and a bag of galleons to help them through their time there. Little does anyone know that the plans the someone has in store for them, especially those of great ‘power’, are far more sinister than anyone could imagine. Welcome to Partis Temporus, will you survive long enough to find a way home? |
